Mooring covers offer protection to boats that are either moored or on a lift and are fastened to the boat by either snaps or some other form. Storage Covers are designed to protect boats while stored for extended periods or to provide large coverage of the boat when not in use and have a strapping or weight system to hold the cover in position.
In some cases, a mooring cover or a full storage cover is just not practical. Many people consider, as an alternative, to cover the most sensitive part of their boat.
